About Holly

As a seasoned executive coach, Holly has supported leaders in all sectors — nonprofit, corporate, start-up, academia — to achieve growth and transformation in their leadership impact. She believes in the power of executive leaders and social entrepreneurs to make positive and lasting change in our world.

Holly brings 20+ years of experience in leadership roles and start-up environments to her coaching. She most recently co-founded Mission Matters, a boutique leadership firm, where she led executive coaching and leadership development initiatives. Before becoming a coach, Holly was a leader in the non-profit and social enterprise sector serving as Chief Development Officer at Habitat for Humanity Omaha, one of the top ten national affiliates; as Development Director at As You Sow, an award-winning CSR and advocacy organization; and as Executive Director and Co-Founder of World of Good, a venture-funded, socially conscious retail platform that generated sustainable livelihoods for women artisans in more than 34 countries. Holly has spoken at the United Nations, World Affairs Council, Global Social Venture Competition, World Fair Trade Organization, and the International Folk Art Market.

Holly earned a bachelor’s degree at Colorado College in International Political Economy and a master’s degree at the London School of Economics in International Development and Population. She has an International Coaching Federation Certification, a Co-Active Professional Coach Certification, and extensive training in Immunity to Change facilitation, Growth-Edge coaching, and Design Your Life planning techniques. Holly currently serves as a board member of The Simple Foundation.
